The Belle Point Country Estates Subdivision was established on January 29, 1962 by Atwood Freeman and developed by Mary H. T. Butler. There are over 400 residential lots located in Belle Point. We are located north of Brunswick in Glynn County, Georgia. The homes represent a variety of styles were built over time generally in the Mid 1960s and into the 1980s. An abundance of mature trees line the quiet streets and many properties have expansive marsh views over tidal creeks and rivers. We are conveniently located east of Route 17 and I 95. The amenities of St Simons and Jekyll Islands are only minutes away.
Belle Point Homeowner's
Association is a volunteer organization that was revived in 2004 to “maintain
& enhance property values in our subdivision”. Our Goal is to help protect
the safety, friendliness and beauty of our neighborhood. We also aim to provide
information to homeowners for local services and amenities as well to. Among
other things, membership dues provide: security service, landscaping, lighting,
and maintenance of over 3 acres of common areas.
